Erica Barcala

Erica is a Senior Product Manager at PlayStation. She has extensive experience in Marketing, in the telecommunications and entertainment sector, as well as product manager in the design and launch of new products and in customer loyalty. Prior to her current role, Erica worked at Vodafone, where she was responsible for identifying actions to improve the customer experience in its different stages of the cycle of life, analyze of the portfolio, and complete competition monitoring and benchmarking. Today, Erica leads the design and execution of the marketing plan for the PlayStation Plus, PS Now, and PlayStation Store entertainment service. She also coordinated alongside the sales team for the implementation of actions for the acquisition and renewal of the services (Sales of digital products in-store).
