Florent Crivello

Florent is the Founder and CEO of Teamflow, a virtual office for teams to hang out in. He is also a former Head of Product at Uber. During his time there, he started and scaled up Uber’s gig chargers program for both bikes and scooters, resulting in a double-digit percent reduction in total costs for the micro-mobility business. In 2018, he was a founding member of Uber Works, the Uber of staffing agencies, where he brought program from zero to one, unlocked funding, recruited team members, led the development of the worker and business apps, scaled up to $10mm+ in annual revenue. Prior to being the Head of Product he started as a Software Engineer where he led the earnings tab part of the driver app’s first rewrite and the learning hub part of the second one. As well as built infrastructure enabling all teams at Uber to provide learning content to drivers, from dedicated sections to in-context instructions. This platform produced a single-digit percent lift in conversion to 20 trips, leading to $30mm+ incremental revenue.
