Gina is a decisive and bold product thinker with a deep understanding of digital customer experiences, including customer acquisition, marketing, merchandising, and cross-team collaborations. She’s recognized for strategic team leadership, high-level product strategy, iteration planning, and a metrics-driven approach within demanding start-up environments. Currently, Gina is a Product Manager at Warby Parker, leading a team of Designers, Engineers, and an Analyst focused on new site experiences and setting a strategy for driving growth through new e-commerce flows, omnichannel opportunities, personalization, and product expansions. Additionally, she identifies opportunities to optimize funnels in their existing flows and top-priority targets for the team to tackle, prioritizes their roadmap to impact those targets, and dives into user research and quantitative analysis to identify the biggest problems and pain points for them. Gina has experience partnering with stakeholders across their Brand, Product Strategy, Performance Marketing, and Strategy teams to communicate their roadmap, get input, and collaborate on projects. Prior to her current role, Gina was a Product Manager at Glossier, where she led a team of 7 as a Digital Product Owner of e-commerce discovery and activation initiatives. Gina brings passion and dedication to work every day and is a go-to problem solver. When presented with a complex issue, Gina will find a way to make it work; she has played an instrumental role in finding workarounds to a multitude of issues.
