Graciela Kincaid

Graciela Kincaid is a Product Manager at Dropbox, leading the company's product personalization efforts as well as the evolution of one of the core pieces of the Dropbox desktop application. She previously led the product efforts for Dropbox Business onboarding, driving double-digit improvements in team activation rate.

Graciela is passionate about mentorship and helping people to be brave and assertive at work. In her spare time, she's trying new restaurants in San Francisco as part of her never-ending quest to taste it all, and she's introduced “dessert off-sites” to every team she's been a part of!
