James Regan

James Regan is a Meta Product Lead with over a decade of experience building successful B2B and B2C products that create value. In his current role, he is working on partner products and infrastructure where he focuses on helping businesses grow and build better. Before this, he spent time supporting Facebook's connectivity initiatives as a Product Marketing Manager.

Prior to joining Meta, James worked at Target for almost four years. He began as a Mobile Product Manager for digital vendor management within their tablet app and later moved up into a Scrum Master Digital role. He earned three promotions within the scrum team and finished out his time with the company as a Lead Scrum Master Digital. James has also worked as a Business Analyst at Sears Holding Corporation.

James is an incredible team player who brings a positive energy that makes everyone work harder and smarter in order to stay on track. He is also willing to lend a hand to those around him and offers advice in order to make the team work better together and as individuals. James attended Marquette University, where he studied Finance and Business.
