Javaun is a Product Leader with years of experience building and managing globally distributed product teams, making him an expert at navigating culture in complex organizations. He has spent the last seven years working at Mozilla, most recently as a Senior Product Manager for Rally Consumer. Before that he spent time in various roles on the Firefox team. He has worked on privacy and security, search, data products, new product exploration, and joint business ventures with external investment companies.

Before Mozilla, he spent just over six years as a Product Manager for NPR. He began working on Search and Distribution before switching his focus to creating new APIs to power the NPR mobile apps and connected cars. He also co-invented their personalized listening experience, NPR Infinite Player. He has also worked as a Web Manager and Business Analyst for Beazer Homes and as an Independent Contract Developer. One of his early work experiences was as a Software Developer for IBM.

Many of those that have worked for or with Javaun look up to him as not only a leader but a mentor as well. He is always willing to share thoughtful insights and inspiration with anyone smart enough to pay attention. Being a tech hacker at heart, he truly understands how developers think and what is important for technology. His meticulous work ethic drives him to finish his tasks quickly and without errors. Not to mention he does it all with a sense of humor and an easy-going attitude that puts his colleagues at ease.
