Jennifer Wolochow

Jennifer is a Senior Product Manager with experience leading training and communication for product launches with internal cross-functional stakeholders, external partners, and consumers. Currently, Jennifer works at Coursera where she’s worked in various roles through her 6+ years career there. She began as a Partnership Manager, working directly with university partners from some of the world's leading educational institutions to develop their MOOC strategy and create engaging courses on the platform, making high-quality education accessible across the globe. After nearly 3 years, she then became a Product Launch Manager,  ensuring smooth product launches that drive partner alignment, encourage adoption of new features, and prepare internal teams for upcoming changes, and giving end-users and internal stakeholders a voice in Coursera’s product development. Jennifer then went on to be a Product Manager, strategizing proactively with cross-functional teams about the best way to position and roll out new or changing products, to minimize friction for everyone involved, and working closely with product teams to understand and centrally track what is launching when, so we can plan ahead for internal and external communications. She gained a lot of work experience at Clinkle in Business Operations, where she worked in Customer Advocacy, Office Management, Accounting, HR,  Legal, Executive Support, Recruiting, Legal, and Public Relations. Jennifer has a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Stanford University.
