Jennifer is a visionary Product Manager that devises a cohesive strategy. She thinks through future opportunities to make today’s decisions, from Product designs, technological advancements, to team growth and collaborates with departmental leads to ensure investment strategy, and Product roadmap is aligned across the company. Currently, Jennifer is a Senior Product Manager of Technology, successfully leading and delivering high impact Products for Workday’s Frameworks organization including Workday’s Business Process Framework, Organization Structure, Documents, and Componentized Applications that are being used by 2000+ customers. Additionally, driving the Product vision, strategy, and roadmap, through multiple reorgs and direction changes ensuring alignment with company revenue goals, customer needs, and market trends. Prior to her current role, Jennifer developed new products and rearchitected Workday’s business process workings to adapt to the public cloud strategy, and spearheaded the process of introducing new development processes to best utilize Workday’s under-resourced engineering and Product teams which resulted in deliveries that were originally deemed impossible, such as releasing a large feature within a short span of time. This led to other teams in tools following this strategy in subsequent releases. Jennifer first gained Management experience working at Cathay Pacific Airways, where she led multiple strategic initiatives across five departments and led a global change management and communications project thereby replacing the worldwide reservations and check-in systems with cloud-based solutions.
