JR is a Product Manager with experience in digital marketing and analytics. Currently, he works at YouTube as a Product Manager for Premium Content and Live Sports, and formerly Product Manager for YouTube In-stream Ads. Prior to his current role, JR was an Analyst at Google, where he worked on data analysis and conducted a consistent review of key data metrics to guide decision making and enhancements to support scalability and efficiencies. He was responsible for process design and delivery on a global scale. JR first gained experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist working at B-Side Entertainment, having developed and executed social media campaigns to drive user awareness, engagement, and sales. Additionally, he listened, engaged, and amplified users’ social media conversations and spearheaded site redesigns and optimizations to improve user engagement and sell-through rates. JR created and managed metrics system, benchmarks, and goals for marketing campaigns, site traffic, and sales conversions, as well as, managed email marketing campaigns and customer database. JR’s ability to analyze complex sets of data and distill them into big picture strategic plans of action has helped companies launch several successful editorial and business initiatives that enabled consistent month-over-month audience and revenue growth.
