Kanishka is a Manager highly experienced in System Design, Management, Operations, Busines Analytics, and Supply Chain. Currently, he works in Transportation & Logistics at MIT. He began his career as a Software Engineer at Infosys, leading module development for a new Customer Relationship Management Solution for a Telecom Company in Australia. Following that, he was Team Lead at Evalueserve, leading a team of analysts to develop a Data Analytics based guidance for improvement in Marketing ROI for customers. Then, Kaniska worked in Consulting at PwC, implementing quality standards and mediating negotiations in large infrastructure projects for Public-Private Partnerships, soon after, he became Head of Hospitals for Manipal Hospitals, designing and constructing of a hospital in Goa. After 3 years of being Head of Hospital, he became a Senior Consultant at Philips, working in Business Development and Design & Project Management Advisory for Philips Healthcare Infrastructure Service. Prior to his most recent role, Kanishka worked in Supply Chain Management at Tesla, overseeing Supply Chain control and supplier engagement for Model 3 start of production and ramp-up, and created new tools for refinement of Sourcing Strategy. Kanishka’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management and a Master of System Design & Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
