Katherine is a Senior Product Manager at HubSpot. Katherine is a passionate and innovative senior product manager with experience in the travel, healthcare, and CRM industries. She has a  strong background in leading cross-functional teams, solving users' needs, and executing on complex initiatives. At HubSpot, she is helping developers build the apps of their dreams on HubSpot's growing Ecosystem platform. Prior to her current role, Katherine was the Senior Product Manager for Data Science team on Tripadvisor Experiences, the global leader in tours, activities, and attraction tickets. One of her responsibilities included Leading product vision and strategy for a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and UX design with a focus on revenue management and pricing. She also directed a  team of data science and engineering in implementing pricing optimization infrastructure to optimize prices for all 360K+ experiences products that are forecasted to generate $10M in annualized incremental revenue
