Kim Holloway is an ace Senior Product Manager at Amazon who never ceases moving. While she doesn't dwell on by-the-books perfection in her work, she works towards something much more important, getting the best experience for her customers. She has been a top-performer ever since she began her business career studying at Winston-Salem State University where she graduated cum Laude and on the prestigious Dean's List. She later went on to earn her Master of Business Administration at the University of Rochester's Simon Business School. While getting this degree Kim also served on the e-commerce product team as an intern, working on improving the company's website.

Kim later moved to work for Delta Air Lines as an E-commerce Product Manager and then with The Home Depot as Online Product Manager. At both companies, Kim's strong dedication led to improved user experience alongside increased revenue. She continued her career in the digital world at Samsung Electronics as Senior Manager for SEO. She led teams from multiple departments to create better-utilized products which brought in higher traffic rates. Before her current position, she led her team at NortonLifeLock through cost-saving initiatives as Senior Product Manager. No matter the hurdles she has in front of her, Kim is keen to use her skills to lead her teams to success.
