Klajdi Turlla
Senior Product Manager, HubSpot
Klajdi is a self-driven user-centric Product Professional with a track record of building, managing, and taking ownership of products end-to-end in an international, cross-functional, and technical environment.
He likes to work in small and agile teams to build, design, launch, test, and iterate fast. Currently, Klajdi is a Senior Product Manager at HubSpot, identifying and prioritizing problems to be solved, in partnership with Customer Success leadership, Business Enablement, and Product, and diving into opportunity areas, assessing where they can experiment and analyze outcomes to ensure we’re investing in the right solutions. Additionally, he designs and runs pilots, evaluates results, and translates findings into scaled operational processes.
Prior to his current role, Klajdi was a Business Mentor at SuperCharger Fintech Accelerator, the first FinTech accelerator program dedicated to both start-up and more established tech companies aiming to capture the Asian growth market. The program leverages Hong Kong’s traditional strength as Asia’s finance and technology gateway.
He first gained experience in Product Management working at MPAY Albania. He led a cross-functional team of developers, designers, quality assurance, business analysts, and support to build a mobile payment platform and service. Klajdi also built back-end and front-facing products for consumers, business partners, and internal teams: integrations, web portals, iOS, and Android mobile apps through Agile (Kanban, Scrum) methodologies.
