Maggie is a Product Manager with years of experience in analytics and marketing. Currently, she’s Director of Product Management at Drift: Conversational Marketing, a platform that combines chat, email, video, and automation to remove the friction from business buying. Prior to her current role, Maggie was a Director of Product Management at BevSpot, easy-to-use online technology solutions for the global food and beverage industry.
She began her career as an Analyst at Towers Watson, being part of a highly collaborative scrum team with members across the globe. It was an integral role in Product Development by ensuring the organization’s needs are articulated in the user story acceptance criteria consumed by the Agile Scrum Team. Additionally, Maggie was responsible for facilitating the shared understanding of business processes and articulating this in user scenario-driven user stories and assisting the product owner by writing and defining the acceptance criteria for the user stories included in the backlog. She then went on to work as a Senior Analyst at GreenOrder, a management consulting firm that helps companies gain competitive advantage through environmental innovation. Maggie gained experience in Partner Business Solutions while interning at Google. She first gained experience as a Product Manager working at TripAdvisor, overseeing Mobile Growth, Hotel Solutions, Engagement, and Core Data.
