Mahuya Ghosh enjoys helping organizations with idea validation, creating value-driven products/solutions, and go-to-market strategies. He is the co-author of “Mystery to Mastery - Ideation to Productization Playbook”, a passionate Product Manager, innovation evangelist, and a Customer Experience Enthusiast. 

Mahuya has been in the Product Management function for the last 12+ years and currently she is working as Principal Product Manager at Dell. Recently she has filed her 2nd technology patent on “Real-time Channel Optimizer Improving CSAT & enabling Digital Transformation”. Her first patent is about a Smart Data Processing system that prevents revenue leakages using AI.
