Margarita is a Product Manager with a strong background in Product Design and leading different projects from hospitality to education. She has experience creating product roadmaps, managing the backlog, defining stakeholder needs and product requirements, managing day-to-day start-up teams, developing strategies company-wide, and analyzing performance to meet business objectives. Currently, Margarita is Head of Product at Product School, leading both the product and platform teams which involves coordinating the development of the customer-facing website and internal product based on Salesforce. She first gained experience in Product Management working at Floqq, where her responsibilities included managing a team of a designer and 3 software developers focused on user experience research, user stories creation, mock-ups creation, and supervision of the design. Additionally, Margarita worked closely with the Vice President of Product, managed product roadmaps, and led the engineering team. She then went on to become a Brand Manager for Stroganov Hotel, working closely with the General Manager on the development of pre-opening hotel strategy, hiring staff, PR and social media strategies, and creating the brand book and staff guidelines. Margarita is a very talented and multidisciplinary true professional. She deals with every project with extreme diligence, from strategy to coordinating execution, while also bringing creative perspectives to everything.
