Mark Marcello is a digital commerce and product management expert who holds over a decade of progressive professional experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship. Today, he works for Accenture as Management Consultant for North America in Customer Insight and Growth. Before that Mark spent two years as a Senior Optimization Consultant at Cro Metrics, where he led consulting engagements with clients such as Tory Burch, Viking Cruises, Airbnb. He also possesses a start up experience as the Co-founder of Hereford & Newbury, an online storefront that resells rare products from around the world. Aside from professional background, Mark is an avid tennis player and volunteers for Make-A-Wish America.
