Mathilde David

Mathilde is an efficient Product Leader who knows how to drive her team towards success. Not only does she stay on top of market trends, meet customers' needs, and drive sales but she also understands the importance of building strong relationships across the organization so that her team can be informed and her products can get as much feedback as possible. She also recognizes the importance of creating sustainable features that will add value to the whole company.

Currently, Mathilde is working on banking products at Square. Before that, she spent five years at Concord. She started off as a Customer Success Manager before moving onto the Core Platform and Growth team as a Senior Product Manager. Her final role with the company was as Director of Product Management. Her team focused on the company's growth and developing new product lines. She received her Master's in Information Technology at Télécom SudParis.
