Matt Smith is a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Mixpanel who is passionate about helping companies grow and succeed by using insights and data. He has been with the company since 2018 when he joined as a Customer Success Manager. Prior to his current role, Matt worked as a Customer Success Manager at ResponseTek and before that as a Relationship Manager at Hornbill.
Matt studied Psychology for his Bachelor's degree from Loughborough University. He studied psychology in order to get a better understanding of why people do what they do and is now using data to dive even deeper into this tricky question in order to help people make better-informed decisions.
