Michael and his team are responsible for making MasterClass.com the best experience possible. Prior to his current role, Michael was a Product Manager at DOSH, a leading cash-back shopping app, backed by PayPal. He added $3.9M /year in revenue by orchestrating 30 experiments which validated opportunities to improve acquisition (+5%), transaction rate (+35%), and payback period (-60%), established a growth metrics baseline by creating the growth model along with relevant cohort analyses, reporting, and data visualization, and facilitated improvement to their operating efficiencies and experimentation capabilities across Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering. Michael began his career in Management at Vector Marketing, overseeing a 15-person sales team which generated a $460K annual revenue run-rate with a 15% profit margin. Soon after, he gained his experience in Global Management as a Strategy Analyst working at Accenture, where he focused on Growth Strategy, Corporate Technology Investment, Pricing Strategy, and Project Management. Michael also has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami.
