Mickey Alon is a serial entrepreneur, passionate about designing, building, and launching innovative products that drive business outcomes. He’s the co-author of "Mastering Product Experience in Saas". Currently, he’s the CTO and Founder of Gainsight PX, a leading Product-growth platform. Previously, Mickey was the CEO and Founder of Aptrinsic and GVP of Engineering at Marketo, leading the product and engineering of Marketo real-time personalization product (former Insightera) and its content recommendation engine powered by predictive analytics. Additionally, he was CEO and Co-founder of Insightera, real-time B2B personalization software powered by predictive analytics that optimizes the conversion funnel through real-time targeting and website personalization, later acquired by Marketo.
Mickey began his career as a Software Engineer at Bezeq International. He then went on to become a Senior Team Leader at Ness Technologies, leading R&D teams with over 20 developers, responsible for product specification and design focusing on echo-system and integration with enterprise systems. While working at Gigaspaces, Mickey started as a System Architect and then moved into leading EMEA's business development and sales activities, planning and executing the region's go-to-market plan, focusing on telecom, e-commerce, and financial sectors.
