Mikayla is focused on building customer-centric Products, that drive growth to the business. Currently, she’s a Senior Product Manager at Deliveroo, responsible for the inception, development, and strategic growth of Deliveroo's Restaurant Ad Platform. Mikayla’s team and she are focused on building marketing tools and services, that restaurant partners use to grow their business, and connect with their digital customers. Prior to her current role, Mikayla was a Product Manager at Blockchain, where she worked cross-functionally with remote team members to ensure streamlined communication and smooth Product launches; and responsible for writing extensive requirement documents for each feature that ensured clear and organized communication across teams and effectively drives a feature from ideation to implementation. Additionally, she continually analyzed Product data to identify areas of improvement and plan for feature optimization and managed the relationship with external integration partners and drives end to end integrations and partner feature optimizations. Mikayla first gained experience in Product working at Warby Parker as a Business Development Coordinator, then Product Specialist. She was responsible for driving progress on Products and processes that focused on delivering exceptional, consistent and integrated user experiences across product platforms, as well as, ongoing data analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented features to inform data-based future decisions and product iterations.
