to formulate unique business solutions for large key-to-the-mission initiatives and the tenacity to lead the teams that execute them in ambiguity, and successful at developing new revenue opportunities, securing customer loyalty, and forging long-term relationships with external and internal business partners that fortify, drive, and sustain results. Currently, she’s the Senior Director of Product Management at WeWork. Before her current role, Mimi was Director of Technical Products - Platform Engineering at Netflix, as the first Director of Product for the organization, the focus was on empowering Engineering with Product Management Principles to codify product practices (such as road mapping, product line consolidation, build vs buy, and PRFAQs) to improve Product quality, experience, and core product definition. She also identified, recruited, and grew the first Solutions Engineering team based in Los Angeles to meet the needs of Netflix Studio. Mimi’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Electronic Art from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Master of Arts in Innovation, Design Thinking, Industrial Design from Brunel University.
