Mini Thangaswamy

Mini is a driven & result oriented Product Manager with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. During her career that spanned over 14 years, she gained expertise in areas of eCommerce, Payments and Pricing Strategy. 

Before pursuing her graduate work, Mini began her professional career as a Development Engineer at Midas Communication Technologies, a champion in telecommunications throughout rural and urban India. She has spent 9 years at Wells Fargo, having worked on a broad range of activities while progressively attaining higher positions as Technology and Business Consultant and eventually Product Manager. Her main responsibility included delivery of the company’s proprietary Digital Wallet on Android and iOS, a complex product that touches internal technology platforms along with external payment networks.

She earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and prior to this, a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University. In addition to this, she has obtained a graduate certificate in strategic management from Harvard Extension School. On top of her impressive academic and professional endeavors, Mini is also an avid volunteer; to date, she is a Chapter Lead at Women in Product, dedicated to providing women with equal access and representation in product careers at all levels.
