Nikki Anderson-Stanier

Nikki Anderson-Stanier is a Product Leader at Dovetail who loves to help people achieve their dreams and create amazing user experiences. She has been contributing to Dovetail for over a year supporting their user research community. On top of that, she is the Founder and Managing Director of the User Research Academy. She is also a Contributing Writer at dscout. Previously, Nikki worked as a User Research Lead at Zalando, where she focused on qualitative and quantitative research and training for stakeholders.

Nikki attended Smith College where she received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She also holds a Master of Education from the University of Exeter and a MA in General Psychology from The New School. Her extensive psychology studies have set her up for success in the UX world and allow her to get a deep understanding of what people want in order to help the user researchers of the future grow and build great things.
