Nourhan Shaaban
Product Leader, Udacity
Nourhan is a proactive Product Leader at Udacity, helping them on their mission to democratize education. She is also the Co-Founder of Cust Impact, a company that offers product consulting to organizations that are on the verge of huge breakthroughs. Nourhan's first Product Manager role was at Delivery Associates, where she was hired to lead a product development roadmap of digital solutions to support eight U.S. cities with their COVID response. She has also worked as an Innovation Researcher at the Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship at MIT, a Teaching Assistant at Harvard, and an Operations Associate at Google.
Nourhan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology from Harvard University. In addition to various scholarships and graduating Cum Laude, she was awarded the Rockefeller fellowship, the most competitive undergraduate fellowship at the University. She continued her studies at Harvard Kennedy School, where she earned her Master of Public Policy in Business and Government. Her thesis was awarded the highest distinction and published at MIT.
No matter her title, Nourhan manages to always stay focused, goal-oriented, and organized, making her someone that can be counted on for complicated or high-stress projects. She has a special talent for successfully bringing together people from different backgrounds and leading them to greatness as a part of her team. She is truly passionate about her work which gives her great charisma to lead and get people on board with her vision.
