Paula Batlle

Paula Batlle is an experienced business and product professional with over a decade of experience in Tech Product Management, Product Development, A/B Testing, and marketing. Since 2012 she has been working at Amazon. She started off as a Project Manager before entering and working her way up within the Product/Marketing team. She is currently working as their Head of Product, Tech, and BIE for International Search. She has also worked as an International PM at Mango, a popular fashion/manufacturing company in Europe and as a Consultant at Deloitte.

Paula attended the Universitat Pompeu Fabra for her Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management. During her studies she did a 10-month exchange program, studying econometrics, game theory, and languages at Ludwig-Maximillans Universität München. She also holds an MBA from ESADE Business School. During her studies, she was an active member of the student community as Director of Social Affairs of the MBA Student Association, Student Ambassador, and a member of the Marketing, Business, and Consulting club.

Paula guides her teams to success using a systematic approach and diligence. Her colleagues are confident with the work she leads and produces as she is an overachiever with quite high standards.
