As a Product Leader for the past decade, Pratik has led Product Teams globally for B2C and B2B businesses, designing and delivering a world-class digital experience that reaches millions of customers while enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Currently, he is working at Airbnb as Global Product Leader.  Before this, he was a Director of Product Management at Overstock and created a human-centric and intuitive omni-channel product for millions of customers to bring their dream home to life. During his time at General Motors, he led a cross-functional team to launch a platform in 55 countries with 16 languages which led to 30% cost savings, more than $3 Mi. At Ford, he was a Product Manager. He led multiple global product teams within the CRM, increasing brand visibility, sales, and online customer experience. In his former role at Ford as Product Manager, he managed multiple global product teams within the CRM & Digital Marketing space for international markets, increasing brand awareness, sales, and online customer experience. Nowadays, Pratik is also a Mentor at Product Hive, helping product professionals in Product Management, strategy, UX design, and experimentation.
