He worked on projects such as inventory & Assortment Optimization, Customer 360, and Distributed Order Management, which provided him a great industry background and management experience. In his current position at Salesforce, Premal provides his expertise to guide product vision and create a go-to-market strategy for selected Commerce Cloud products.
