Quinn Zuo

Quinn is a results-driven & business-focused product management and technology leader with a proven track record of delivering profitable and disruptive products. Currently, she manages AI and Data Platform products as the Group Product Manager at PayPal.

During her lucrative career, Quinn has spent over 13 years at Cisco, progressively attaining higher Engineering and Product positions, from a Senior Software Engineer, ultimately to a Lead Product Manager. During her tenure at Cisco, she successfully drove the network deployment and automation, using innovative and emerging technologies. Her main areas of expertise are Cloud Computing and Agile Methodologies. Today, she is bridging the gap between business and technology at PayPal while maintaining a strong customer focus. She is mainly responsible for driving the product portfolio vision, strategy and execution; under her leadership, a team of product managers strives to achieve operational efficiency in the areas of risk intelligence, compliance, and customer care. 

Quinn earned a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from McNeese State University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Networking from the Johns Hopkins University. In addition to this, she has completed various certified courses in Data Science, Executive Education, and Product Management, giving her a perfect blend of theoretical skills to her career path.
