Racine is a Product Manager with years of experience. Currently, she’s a Product Manager at Slack, overseeing Search and Discovery. Prior to her current role, Racine was a Technical Program Manager at Blick Health. She first gained experience in Product Management working at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine. Throughout her time there, Racine led the development and streamlining of SOW, budget, and project effort for The Veterans Metrics Initiative (TVMI) across seven co-principal investigators/project sites, developed public and private funding proposals and contributed to $4 Million in raised funding. She also worked with cross-functional teams including legal, contracting, and intellectual property to create agreements and ensure proper ownership of project outputs, and engaged staff and Steering Committee members to determine and research high-impact policy changes and challenges within the Military Health System. Additionally, Racine has experience conducting financial analysis and requirements of proposed projects, preparing briefings and presentations for funders, policymakers, senior officials, and stakeholders. Notably, she’s an associate editor of the textbook Out of the Crucible: How the U.S. Military Transformed Combat Casualty Care in Iraq and Afghanistan. Racine served at the Secretary on the Board of Directors for Molding Exceptional and Responsible Individuals for Tomorrow (M.E.R.I.T.), a non-profit organization created to address and close the achievement gap that currently exists in higher education and in corporate America. Her contributions include correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, program application development, and developing external communications strategies.
