Rodrigo is passionate about technology and its potential to deliver products that excite customers. He is always in search of opportunities that will push him out of his comfort zone and allow him to grow both professionally and personally. He is currently a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, responsible for special projects in the Retail business, specifically supply chain processes.

He previously worked as a Senior Technical Product Manager on routing products for Prime Now and Amazon Logistics. His first role at Amazon was as a Senior Program Manager where he was in charge of the execution of strategic projects in logistics, supply chain, and last-mile transportation.

Prior to his five years at Amazon, he spent just over a decade working for Itau Unibanco as a System Analyst and System Coordinator. He has also spent time as a Senior Program Manager Intern at Amazon and an Engineer at Daimler Chrysler. He also volunteered as a Financial Education Teacher at Junior Achievement Sao Paulo, motivating students to attend college and find a career path to follow.

Rodrigo earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and his MBA in Information Technology from the Universidade de São Paulo. He also earned an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

According to his colleagues, Rodrigo has great expertise in both technical and business subject matter and he is more than happy to share this knowledge with those working with him. He has impressive people skills and a special talent to motivate others and bring out the best in people, which is clearly reflected in his team environment and their deliveries.
