Rondi Mertes

Rondi Mertes is a product professional with years of experience building products in a variety of industries. She is currently working as a VP of Product at Salesforce. Before this, she was a Senior Director of PM at UKG and Ultimate Software prior to that. Rondi previously also spent almost seven years at Oracle, first as a Senior Principal PM before being promoted to Senior Director of PM after just over one year with the company.

Rondi earned her Bachelor's degree in Economics with Business Specialization from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She has been applauded by colleagues for her sharp and analytical mind that allows her to quickly identify risks and move past challenges. She is a great manager who knows when to let her team complete their work independently while also being available to step in to help set them up for success. Her direction and feedback are always clear and allow those around her to meet their goals easily and quickly.
