Sada is a strong Product Management professional that possesses a rare balance of business and technical strengths. Currently, he’s the Director of Product Management leading the transformation of Product teams to customer-obsessed teams driving growth and innovation for target.com, and leading a team of 40+ cross-functional team members who build all customer-facing shopping experiences across target.com. Prior to his current role, Sada was a Senior Manager headed up Product & Strategy for Home Depot's eCommerce search, user-generated content platform team, and led a direct product team of 8-11 and a cross-functional team of 50+, who drove $6B+ annual e-Commerce revenue. He began his Project Management career working at Syntel, then, moved to Edgenet as a Senior Product Manager developing and managing strategic and tactical product initiatives across retail, defining, driving and evangelizing Product vision for guided delling, Product Data Management, GDSN, and Retail Applications. Additionally, Sada has been a Mentor to startups in Techstars Retail and Kokko, as well as an Investor for two companies, Altizon and SURGERi. Sada has a keen understanding of the customer and the marketing requirements which are extremely important characteristics of any good product manager. He has a strong background to understand both the technical and financial side of the product he creates and communicates this effectively to his management team.
