Sana is a Product Manager at Mircosoft. Prior to her current role, she held various positions at Amazon. Sana started as a Business Analyst where she built and owned Amazon Fresh’s operations and financial metrics and led Fresh Weekly Business Review reports. She then transitioned to a Program Manager role where she has launched the Smarter Appeals program, which overhauled and implemented a new appeals program to balance stringent measures against gamification while improving seller experience. In addition, she worked on Alexa Shopping Tech and Product where Sana identified, designed, and implemented improvements across customer query shapes and partnered with Natural Language Processing (NLP) engineers to create query structures and to correct voice transcription errors. Furthermore, Sana graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science and received a degree in Data Science from Columbia University.
