Sebastian Hoffmann

Sebastian is not only a Senior Product Manager but also an entrepreneur, making him a one-man dynamic duo. He is leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for activation, notifications & messaging, and loyalty for DAZN. In his role, he has worked and succeeded in increasing customer lifetime value through experimentation and optimization, launched their membership experience to 190 countries, and increased both reach and customer engagement.

He is also an Instructor and Coach at Udemy where he helps aspiring entrepreneurs by teaching a course on how to build iOS, Andriod, or web apps and create an online business from scratch using a variety of easily accessible tools. He has successfully taught over 300 students and earned himself a 4.5/5 rating for the course.

He also has experience as Head of Product at Traxpay. His accomplishments in this role include increasing revenue through the improvement of the core product and launching a new one as well. He also stepped up to improve UX and UI by redesigning the flagship product before an official designer was brought to the team, proving he isn't afraid to step up to a challenge.

Sebastian also showed off his entrepreneurial side when he co-founded CoinMirror, which was featured on NASDAQ and ProductHunt. He also worked on Growth and Product where he grew adoption to over 300 monthly active users in just four months. He also has experience as a Senior Consultant for Capgemini Invent and as a Consultant for PwC.

Sebastian studied Business Informatics at Reutlingen University for his Bachelor's degree. He later continued his studies at the Unversity of Amsterdam, earning a Master's in Information Studies.
