Stella Chen

Stella is an experienced Associate Product Director Product at Align Technology, in pursuit of user experience excellence in consumer applications for many years. 

During her lucrative career, Stella has spent over 11 years at eBay, progressively attaining higher Product managerial positions. She started off as a Quality Assurance Engineer and soon became more successful being a Leader and a Product Manager. Today, she is driving the company’s efforts at Align Technology, medical services offering advanced dental options to their patients. Stella’s work has taken her across the world from Shanghai City, China to San Francisco, US, where she is currently based. Her main areas of expertise include User Experience Design and Mobile Applications. She is described by her colleagues as having a strong framework in place including clear processes, documentation and fostering team spirit which has allowed her team to scale and deal with the complexity that comes with supporting internal clients around the world. 

She graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. On top of her academic and professional endeavors, Stella has also completed certified courses in Project and Product Management. Her multicultural work experience makes Stella not only a world-class Product professional but also a highly personable communicator.
