Subsequently, Tom started attaining higher roles as a Product Manager and Director, leading companies in various industries including IT and Services, Broadcast Media, Computer Software, Financial Services, and Publishing. Thanks to his extensive experience and multidisciplinary approach that encompasses such diverse fields, Tom has developed qualities of the ideal product owner. Today, at Government Digital Service, his main responsibilities include focusing on delivery an Alpha phase of the eIDAS digital identity initiative.
