Varun Gaur

Varun has over 13 years of experience rallying teams to turn product vision into powerful products that serve millions of users worldwide.

At Lumenore, he leads product development as a AVP of Product Management. Before this, he worked for over four years at Netlink Software Group America. He began as a Senior Technical Architect. After two years in this role, he became a Product Manager before being promoted to Associate Director. He has also worked as a Technical and Senior Technical Architect at Artha Solutions and Trianz. In addition, he spent three years as a Technical Lead at HCL Technologies. He also has experience as a Software Engineer at Virtusa and DEFTeam Solutions. As a manager, Varun has a special ability to lead without being overly authoritative while staying available to help his team as a mentor whenever called upon. His vast knowledge and ability to think outside of the box help him to solve any problem thrown his way. He is a good team player and is truly considered by many to have been an asset to their organization.
