You can count on Vasanth to push an amazing product roadmap and have flawless execution in every stage of a product's lifecycle. He is currently the Head of Technical Product Manager at Facebook. The team of over 25 Product Managers that he leads work on the Ads product stack and integrity efforts that span across the whole company. They also support a group of 1000 cross-functional partners and ensure a trustworthy connection between people and businesses across Facebook's various platforms. A large percentage of his time is also spent hiring and growing the team and organization. This gives him a unique opportunity to use his stellar mentorship and guidance skills to help new Technical Product Managers as they join his team. Before this he worked on Ads Measurement, shipping strong reporting capabilities for Facebook Ads Manager.

He previously worked at Ericsson as a Product Lead. He joined the team when the company acquired Microsoft's cloud-based IPTV service that he previously worked on in order to see through the product launch. Throughout the product cycle, he took on many responsibilities. He delivered the cloud platform that the SaaS service was deployed on, created the analytics engine to measure the product's success, and shipped breathtaking consumer experiences. During his previous seven years at Microsoft, he was also a Manager for Technical Product, Senior Technical Product/Program Manager, and a Systems Engineer.

Vasanth holds not one but two Master's from the University of Illinois, Chicago. One in Management of Information Systems and the other in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He excelled in both programs, finishing with impressively high GPAs in each.

Vasanth has been described as versatile, dedicated, and capable of managing even the most complex problems. He always uses his positive attitude and immense technical knowledge to bring together a team and work across various areas of business. He is someone who is eager to help and take accountability and is never one to shy away from a task even if it doesn't fall under his specific responsibilities. This willingness to pitch in on any request really helps his teams succeed.
