Yaoyee is a multi-talented Product Manager with additional experience in digital marketing and business analytics. During his lucrative career that spanned over 7 years, he has held various hats across Product and Strategy, contributing to successful ventures such as Uber, PayPal, and Yahoo. Yaoyee began his professional career as an APAC Region Analyst at PayPal. Shortly after, he took up the position of Senior Optimization Strategist at Yahoo, helping to create highly personalized experiences for the company’s users by keeping them informed, connected and entertained. Today, he is driving the company’s efforts as a Product Manager at GOJEK, the largest on-demand service provider of transportation, logistics, payments and food delivery, whose main focus is to empower the informal sector in Indonesia. Prior to his current position, Yaoyee first broke into Product at Uber, where he served for over a year holding a similar Product managerial role. His main areas of expertise include product strategy, however, he is also highly proficient in demand-side platforms and ad tech. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Business with Honours in Banking & Finance. His extensive work experience makes Yaoyee not only an interesting speaker but also a highly personable communicator who keeps inspiring others to improve their professional performances.
