Zan is a Senior Product Manager at Duolingo, an education app with over 300 million users. Currently, Zan co-leads the Asia team growing Duolingo's learner base in countries such as India and Japan and the New User Retention team by improving Duolingo's onboarding experience for new users. He has been progressively attaining
higher managerial positions over the course of 5+ years at Duolingo, from a Marketing Intern to ultimately serving as a Senior Product Manager. Prior to this, Zan completed internships across various companies such as a Summer Analyst of Market Development and Insights at IBM, a Marketing Intern at Commune, and a Creative Intern at JWT. Moreover, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Columbia University.
