He brings together data and design thinking along with the strong relationships he has built to create solutions that address the needs of all stakeholders involved.

He has previously worked at Amazon, starting out with the company as a Senior Product Manager for Amazon Business International. His accomplishments included launching UI and database enhancements that grew new accounts by 65% and revenue by 105%. He later went on to work as a Leaders to Executives MBA Intern at T-Mobile. The elite program he was a part of prepares high-potential candidates for executive-level positions at the company. He partnered with different departments to ensure the success of the companies $65M T-Mobile Trucks segment.

Aaron attended the University of Central Florida for both his Bachelor's and first Master's degrees.
