Aaron Roppolo
Former Head of Mobile Product, Amazon
Aaron enjoys leading his team to solve difficult problems, and stepping up into different roles in order to do so. He does some of his best work when he is able to switch between product, strategy, marketing, operations, and management. He brings together data and design thinking along with the strong relationships he has built to create solutions that address the needs of all stakeholders involved.
He has previously worked at Amazon, starting out with the company as a Senior Product Manager for Amazon Business International. His accomplishments included launching UI and database enhancements that grew new accounts by 65% and revenue by 105%. He also evolved the product vision to see to top VoC issues and NPS detractor for enterprise/SMB customers. After a year in this role, he was promoted to work on Alexa Automotive as Head of Mobile Product Management. He led a multi-year strategy and had full ownership of a multi-product portfolio. He also created and launched Alexa Auto Mode on a global scale, leading teams of people working in development, UX, and quality assurance.
In addition, he kicked off his career with two internships. His first one was as a Marketing Strategy Consultant at FathomAI, a sport-tech hardware startup that puts AI and ML to use to reduce injuries and improve pathetic performance. He later went on to work as a Leaders to Executives MBA Intern at T-Mobile. The elite program he was a part of prepares high-potential candidates for executive-level positions at the company. He partnered with different departments to ensure the success of the companies $65M T-Mobile Trucks segment.
Aaron attended the University of Central Florida for both his Bachelor's and first Master's degrees. He studied Sport and Fitness before specializing in Kinesiology and Exercise Science for his Master's. He also took part in Harvard Business School's Credential of Readiness certificate program, passing with high honors. Additionally, he holds an MBA with a focus on Technology Management and Finance from Duke University.

His extraordinary speaking skills allow him to put everyone's work into context in presentations and smooth out any friction areas that come up in difficult conversations.
