Alex Freemon

Alex is an Atlanta-based Product Leader, Writer, and Organizational Strategist. He is currently working on Product within the Global EBU team at Microsoft. He is driving planning, implementation, and growth for the top EDU customers worldwide while facilitating cross-organization collaboration. Before this, he was a Product Manager at BrightLink Technology where he drove Product Lifecycle, specifically program management, client training, and strategic product planning.

Alex double-majored during his undergraduate studies at Georgia Tech. He earned a BBA in Finance and Financial Management Services and a BS in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner with Agile For All and certified in UI design patterns in software from the International Design Foundation.

Those who have worked alongside Alex value his positivity and ability to see issues that arise as challenges to overcome instead of roadblocks. This mindset helps build the team's morale and pushes everyone to work harder and build better.
