Ayushman Jain

Ayushman is a problem solver who likes to combine an analytical approach with human-centered design and behavioral science to ship habit-forming products. Currently, he is Director of Product Management at Microsoft, running product strategy, planning, and execution for their new SaaS offering that is part of the Dynamics 365 marketing product.

Before that, he was a Principal Product Manager Lead, where he led a team of PMs who were building the next-generation customer engagement platform. Prior to this, Ayushman was a Senior Manager of Growth and Product at Amazon. He has deep industry expertise in Developer Tools, Data Warehousing and Analytics, Customer Experience Management, Martech, and more.

Ayushman brings the scrappy, get-things-done, start small but think big culture to work every day. He also brings 10+ years of experience across all aspects of the product lifecycle. According to his colleague, he is a customer champion all the way through and likes to get things done.
