Benjamin Keyser

Benjamin is a passionate Product professional whose neverending ideas help his team to advance their products into new directions. His skills, energy, and creativity allow him to jump around within his team to offer assistance and support wherever it's needed. He never misses an opportunity to praise his team and encourage everyone to continue pushing out their best work. Benjamin also makes himself available as a mentor for his colleagues, helping them to develop their leadership and overall skills whenever he can.

Currently, Benjamin is the VP of Product at Contentful, helping them bring content management capabilities to developers and enterprises. Before this, he spent some time as the Director of Product at Zendesk, leading the knowledge management product and services team. He also has experience as the Director of Product Management at Intercom, Head of Platform and Apps at Canonical, and Head of TU Consumer Communications Products and Product Designer at Telefonica.

Benjamin studied Economics and Art History at Swarthmore College before moving on to complete his Bachelor's degree at the Rhode Island School of Design. He also studied Psychology at The Wright Institue and earned his MFA in Photography and Writing at the California Institue of Arts.
