Bernice Lim

Bernice is a seasoned Product Manager at OnDeck, bringing to his position a strong academic background in Law. During his lucrative career that spanned over a decade, Bernice supported ventures across the industries of Financial Services, Nonprofit and within the Legal services. 

After completing various internships, he began his professional career as the Vice President National Trainers’ Team at AIESEC, a Nonprofit Organization in Montreal, Quebec. While holding this position, his main achievements included leading the business development team along with developing a training curriculum for undergraduates of functional competencies, soft skills, and leadership skills. Today, he is the voice of International in the domestic US business at OnDeck; his main responsibilities include managing and executing the road map for an evolving set of products from inception through roll-out for international, including Australia and Canada. Prior to his current position, he has been a Senior Associate at CitiLegal LLC, a position he held for the past 5 years. His work has taken him across the world from Singapore to Mauritius and eventually New York, where he is currently based.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore. Bernice’s multicultural and multi-industry work experience makes him an incredibly powerful world-class speaker, inspiring countless professionals to improve their performance.
