Carmen DeCouto

Carmen DeCouto is a Product Leader who enjoys building products that change the way people live and work. She is currently working at Amplitude, expanding their product-led growth distribution model through product-led sales initiatives. She is also a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council Member at SaaSy Sales Management. Previously, Carmen worked at Sisense as a Product Marketing Manager on the Data team as well as the Executive and Business team.

According to her colleagues, Carmen is one of the most hardworking and thoughtful PMs on the team. She never backs down from a challenge and uses tactical strategies to get things done. Carmen is also someone that deeply values inclusivity and has been a critical part of building a strong and healthy culture within her past companies.
