Christian Bonilla

Christian is currently leading the Product Management team at UserTesting as VP of Product Management. He is also working on growing the platform that allows their customers to experience what their own customers experience so that they can improve on it. He was promoted to his current role from Senior Director of Product. Before this, he founded and was CEO of UserMuse, which was acquired in January 2019 by his current company, UserTesting. There he focused on making recruiting user testers easier for B2B tech companies and UX agencies in their target niche.

He has also worked as Director of Product Management at Resonate. There he remodeled a BI tool used for website and digital ad metrics into an entire analytics suite formulated on flexible query capabilities that gave marketers a unique insight into their target audiences' motivations. He also spent five years as a Senior Product Manager at Sentrana. Christian graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor's in Economics and Public Policy.
