David is a Product Manager who believes that customer and user experience should always be the top priority for any software product. Currently, he’s a Product Manager at Google working on Google Chrome. Prior to his current role, David was a Senior Product Manager at Lob, where he helped shape an API that makes sending physical mail as simple, powerful, and flexible as email. He spearheaded multi-phase product features from ideation and design, to execution and launch. Notable mentions of products and features David has shipped include customized envelopes for letter sending, improved dashboard performance and system throughput, single sign-on (SSO) support, and API log export functionality. He started out his career as a Software Engineer at Crunchyroll, creating a fully functional threaded comments system as part of a small team. David first gained experience as a PM at Microsoft. There, he shepherded a number of product features for both Windows and PowerPoint, with a focus in the areas of graphics and 3D. Additional products and launches that David played a significant role in include the redesign of the Office.com and Office app start page, Visual Layer support in the Live Visual Tree for Visual Studio, and the initial version of Game DVR for Windows 10.
